Our second meeting was held at the venue stated, attended by the entire group's members. The meeting was prolific and we manage to reconcile the proposal as will be explained below.

Place of Hometown: Kuala Lumpur.

Objective/Motive for choosing:

Most of the members are often goes to Kuala Lumpur and lingering around the state.
Even though Kuala Lumpur might not be familiar for an exact traditions or characteristic, but with the ethnic and culture that are influenced by the neighborhoods state it blends together and creates Kuala lumpur’s own culture and traditions. Kuala lumpur is the heartbeat of Malaysia and it also represent Malaysia as the city that shown real Malaysia, we all have
decided that this state is the best place for us to do our assignment.

Ideations/Scope of subjects:

Our leader as decided to divide the group into 4 sections, so all the group’s members will have their own area to be responsible of. At the moment we have chosen a specific aspect that we thought it will describe Kuala Lumpur as the real Malaysian’s culture. So here the aspect that have been chosen by us;

-History: - it will cover from the opening of the state until the present.
-Art & Culture: -Museum, the art gallery the people’s culture in KL.
-Food: -hotbed for world cuisine, all the thing that influenced KL food.
-Entertainment -this city is burgeoning hub for entertainment and leisure.

The leader has decided that each member will cover the area based on will/’wont/Agreed scheme to keep up the harmony of the group and the entire member will be satisfied at the same time it will cover the style of the project.

Our group has decided to use the software that has been taught to us since alpha level such as;

-Adobe Illustrator CS2
-Adobe Premier.
-Sony Vegas 7.

Budget:
we have decided that we will not spend much money on this task,since the area that we've choose is near so the budget of traveling will decrease.

approximately our group budget that have been issued by our group leader is only RM150.00,we assume that it will cover all the cost that involved in this task such as fuel,train fees,food and etc.

Time frame & GUI:
each member will post up their own GUI graphic that has been approved by our group leader.
